Our Negroni bar is so popular at our Gastown location, we brought it to Edgemont!
First created for Count Camillo Negroni in 1920 at Florence’s Café Casoni, the Negroni is predated by the Americano, a mix of bitter, barky Campari and sweet vermouth, topped with soda. When the Count asked for something stronger, the soda water was replaced with gin, and the Negroni was born.
