From Farm to Forks

Nicli is proud to be a part of From Farm to Forks, on Sunday, October 14th, to a sold out dinner at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.

For the ninth year in a row, Growing Chefs! is bringing together some of the province’s best chefs, bartenders, growers and producers for a fun night of B.C. wine, beer, cocktails, and tasting stations!

Growing Chefs! Chefs for Children’s Urban Agriculture is a Vancouver-based charity founded in 2005. We send teams of volunteer chefs into elementary schools, where they help kids grow and cook their own food. This past spring, we were in 63 classrooms with nearly 200 volunteers! – Selma van Halder, Program Coordinator.

Each chef station is paired with a local B.C. grower and producer, and a Mission Hill Family Estate wine pairing.

Nicli Antica Pizzeria is proud to provide the dessert course and will be showcasing cook Natsumi’s awesome baking talents. The actual dessert won’t be revealed until that night, but, but it will be paired with Mission Hill, Reserve Riesling Icewine, and North Arm Farm for the products to highlight,
